Join Our Water-Loving Community
Do you enjoy meeting like-minded people and giving back to your community? Would you like to volunteer at one of the most scenic spots on Takapuna Beach?
We're looking for enthusiastic, community-minded people who can spare a few hours each month to help keep our vibrant boating and water sports club running smoothly.
Takapuna Boating Club is home to a wide range of activities, from sailing and surfskis to stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), as well as fun social events and members' evenings.
You don’t need to know anything about boating to get involved — just a willingness to help and be part of a friendly team. There are great social opportunities to meet others, stay active, and be as involved as you’d like to be.
We're currently seeking friendly volunteers to help with:
Boat maintenance
Race day safety support
Building and garden upkeep
Social event support
Club promotions to local businesses and other water sport groups
Whether you’re handy with tools, love organising events, or simply want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
