Sailing
TBC run weekend regattas for youth and senior dinghies, multihulls, and wind-surfers throughout the year. Takapuna offers one of the best sailing venues in NZ, if not the world and have hosted numerous world and national championships in recent years. Most of NZ's olympic yachtsmen and women have trained off Takapuna Beach before heading to success overseas.
